    Our Whirlpool Duet dryer began making grinding and squeaking sounds, and we called Fix Master Appliance Repair in Northglenn, CO to schedule a diagnostic/repair visit. With relatives visiting from overseas, we really needed the dryer back in service quickly, and Fix Master did not disappoint. Their service tech, Arut, arrived same day, and had everything fixed and working perfectly in short order. He was super professional, friendly, and informative, and he showed me exactly what the problem was and how he repaired it. He had all the tools and parts with him, and even though the repair required considerable disassembly, he had it done in half the time I had expected. He also thoroughly cleaned the inside of the dryer (it needed it!) and provided guidance on how to avoid this problem in the future by scheduling regular maintenance per factory recommendations. The service call price was as quoted by the Fix Master dispatcher, and considering the quality of the work, the factory certification of the parts used, and the professionalism of Arut, it was a fair price indeed. We are delighted with Fix Master's people and their excellent service, and they'll be our first choice for future service needs, especially if they assign Arut to do the repairs.
